Next Steps

Now that the necessary legal documentation has been signed, we are able to commence discussions with our funders with a view to securing the necessary finance to undertake the development.

As everyone knows, obtaining finance from banks is by no means easy in the current climate but we remain confident that we will be able to achieve this critical milestone over the next few months.

Further meetings will also be taking place with the University of Greenwich and City Screen Cinemas with a view to establishing a unique partnership that would see part of the space used by the University during the weekdays for their TV and film production courses and then converted into a 60 seat cinema on Friday night's and over the weekend.

There are still hurdles to overcome to bring this exciting project to fruition in these difficult times but we have made some excellent progress in the past month and hope that we will be able to commence the development at the beginning of 2010 and completed by mid 2011.
